In this class, Dr. Kathy coaches you--and teaches you to coach your child. Coaching offers strategies, support, accountability and clarity to assist you in supporting your child on his/her journey to responsibility and independence.
This parenting class is based on the book Parent as Coach: Helping Your Teen Build a Life of Confidence, Courage and Compassion, Marshall Rosenberg's work on non-violent communication, and additional resources gathered by Dr. Kathy.
